I felt overall that the stay was pleasant. There was although a lot of noise from the other rooms until late night, people drinking out on the balcony, and no management in sight. The location was ok, but there was a lot of construction, so that was kind ...
If you don't mind stained beds it was fine.
I probably would stay somewhere else.
