I was a little disappointed at the stains on the carpet in my hotel room. It would not have taken much for it to have been cleaned. The overall experience was ok up until the point where we were kept waiting in the misting rain for 45 minutes waiting for ...
The people were very friendly and helpful; however I don't think we received a room for the amount we paid for it. Very close to the local attractions and the falls. The fireworks were easily viewed from our room too!
The room was beautiful and had many amenities. The hotel restaurant has a spectacular view and the food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and efficient.
