The hotel is very family friendly. The only problem was it was like a maze! To get to your room, to park, and to get to the right elevator. The rooms were great. Very clean and cozy. Wash rooms are little bit small.
Arrived 3 hours before check in and got a room! $30 parking fee for one night. Great facilities. Great downtown location close to everything including the subway.
Great place to stay...kids liked water slide-good location in Toronto...lots to do....busy large hotel...would do it again.
