24 hr complimentary airport shuttle service.*( On arrival at Christchurch Airport contact the hotel using the courtesy phone provided as the shuttle runs on demand) * The courtesy phones: Domestic terminal it is located in the domestic baggage claim, beside the Air New Zealand luggage carousel. Pickup is outside the main domestic terminal entrance. Exit baggage claim and turn left (30 metres) International Terminal it is located in the arrivals hall, after you have cleared customs and immigration. The phone is on the wall beside the visitor information kiosk. Pickup is outside the main terminal door, exit next to the Vodafone rentals counter.
The hotel was okay, clean. The clerk who checked us in basically didn't say a word to use while checking us in. He really gave the impression he was doing us a favor by checking us in. I wouldn't hurry back for another stay.
Just basic clean room, over priced I think.
