Important Information
The hotel requires a security deposit at check-in (either photo ID and credit card, or cash). To use the thermal suite or rooftop hydro-pool, you should reserve them before arrival. Children under 16 have limited access to the swimming pool and cannot use other spa facilities.
Great location, but small shabby rooms. Bellman double as concierge, so only available when not lugging luggage...but they did seem knowledgeable. Turndown service only on request. Somewhat of a stretch to call this a 4-star hotel.
This is an excellent spa and hotel. Truly 5 star in everything from location, staff, restaurants to rooms. We would definitely stay here again.
