I lost 3 pairs of shoes in this hotel room during my 5 night stay in this hotel. Instead of recovering this from the house cleaning staff, the hotel manager/staff is telling that we are lying and they are very arrogant in replying.
I would stay there again but I would make sure the floors were cleaned. The TV was not listed right, but that's not a biggy to me. All in all it was a nice place. I would stay again.
Very happy with all aspects of it and when I go back to that area I will use again.
