I would not stay at this hotel again, the staff tried to play you for tips by passing you off to another person (more than twice). Rooms were nice and clean. We travel all over NY, LA and many other place and not treated as we were in this Chicago hotel.
Nice room, comfortable, enjoyed the location. The room was a little noisy we were located next to the staff supply room. So early in the morning we heard the door being open and shut a lot.
I would not stay at this hotel again. It was run down and the bed was awful. I have stayed at Radissons before and this one did not meet my expectations for a Radisson.
