The hotel itself was great. Very nice rooms and lobby, friendly staff, excellent location for shopping and eating. However it was right next to the subway, (convenient for travel, but not so much for sleeping), and you have to pay extra for parking at a g ...
The pool was clean. The hot tub was cold and dirty inside. The rooms need new carpet. they are beyond repair and the smell of the cleaner was more than we could bear. We actually had to move to another room. This was by far the worst hotel we have stayed ...
The hotel was in a very convenient location, I could not hear the noise from the train. The staff for the most part was very helpful, the room was very spacious (we stayed in a suite). I would definately stay there again.
