Duty manager was very professional, welcoming & helpful.Hotel looked newly done up, very clean & everything worked.

The family room felt a bit on a small side for two double beds, but it was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Having travelled extensively to many European cities on short breaks we can say at 70E per night B&B this hotel offered the best value for money we have ever found. The location is excellent being close to all the major sites and less than 200M from the train station and no trouble to find. The hotel offered advice on sites as well as maps and the reception (the man shown behind the desk in the web pictures) speaks excellent English and helped me out with printing an email I needed for a museum booking. The rooms are basic but a reasonable size with wood shutters and new double glazing units. The shower room had been recently refitted and was of an excellent standard. The breakfast was continental buffet style rolls, croissants, cereals ham, cheese etc and free-vend coffee, tea or chocolate. The was also a small bar but we did not use this. All in all everything you could ask for in a small city centre hotel at an unbelievable price. We would certainly go there again. (99635596)

Superb location both from the coach (Terravision) drop-off point at the train station and also from all the main sites. The hotel was an ideal base offering friendly advice as well as good breakfast all at an excellent price. Brillant location at excellent value for money.

There was nothing we disliked about the accommodation. One suggestion would be some back-ground music in the breakfast room as it was very quiet.
