The hotel was one of the nicest city-centre places we have stayed in. It is located amongst the most impressive designer clothes shops. The hotel is ideal if you wish to be 'out and about' most of the day. Centres of attraction in Rome such as the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon are all within easy walking distance. (99231059)
Hotel was very well appointed and its location was excellent. We had all the facilities we needed in our room and they all 'worked'.
The breakfast area was small and a bit cramped as were te breakfast tables. The lift which only had capacity for two people, or 1 person and luggage, wasn't always working.
For the money we spent we expected a much larger room - we kept tripping on the furniture as there was no room to move. Also the faucet knob kept falling off, at one point into my glass I was trying to fill, which broke and cut my hand. SKY TV failed to work. For over $300 a night, we expected a room which is comfortable to move in, a tub, and things which are not falling apart, especially as the hotel as only been open a year. (99621645)
