100 percent of the first night will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Internet Policy:

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 4.00 per hour. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Pet Policy:

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Parking Policy:

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 32.00 per day.

Extra Charges Policy:

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

Child Policy:

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
