What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. All older children or adults are charged EUR 60.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
