Would be good to see the room scheme with double bed and kid beds, bathroom etc. Would be good to have a choice of different rooms and choose yourself the most adequate.
You should use real beds for the additional beds used by kids!!! (97744386)

Conveniant placement, close to tube, buses etc.
4 bedroom for family with kids available,

We found staff were very friendly and obliging, good position for coach, train and underground. breakfast was good and rooms kept clean and we felt totally relaxed for our two night stay and in our opinion after spending time in a few hotels in london over the years this was the best by far (97484594)

Overall good
value. On the plus side they accomodated us a family with 3 young children in one room which very
few other hotels would, I enjoyed the breakfasts and the tea/coffee making facility in the room and the
beds were
clean. It is also easily reachable by foot from
Victoria station
It smelt a bit musty and the carpets could be replaced.

Sarah from Calgary, CA (Young couple) 24 June 2007
Our stay was pleasant. Although the fan and shower did not function 100% properly, they worked well enough to keep us reasonably cool and we were still able to wash up. I wish I had known before we came that breakfast did not start until 7 because we had to catch a train at 6:40 so we did not get any breakfast, although it was still included in the bill. The location was exactly what we needed, very close to the train station, the staff were pleasant and cooperative and the price was reasonable. It would be nice to have a clock in the room. (99329015)

It was in an excellent
location, close to
Victoria Station. The rooms were
clean and the staff polite.

The fan in the room only worked in one position. The
shower only streamed very hot water and I could not cool it down.
Breakfast was served too late for me to be able to partake in it, since I had an early
train to catch.
Anonymous (Family with older children) 05 June 2007
Small friendly hotel, ideal for short stays. Our room was a triple room and there was adequate space and the the third bed was not a put me up, which we usually get with a teenager. The shower was clean and the room acceptable for the price. The breakfast was ok for us, however some tourists may want a better choice. (99631179)

Because of the helpfulness of the staff upon initial arrival, everything else was minor in comparison. Overall it was a good stay. (99939719)

The person who checked us in was phenomenal. We were tired after a long overseas flight. She was very accomodating and
pleasant.

The room is terribly
small even by European standards. There was not 10 square feet of
floor space. Room was
clean; but
size was very
small for the
value. I've travelled all over the US and Europe; this was the smallest room I've ever had.

I thought we would save money by booking a quad room, they are few and far between and we have stayed in a few. This one was the lowest standard we have stayed in. (3305453650)

It was close to the places we wanted to visit

A quad room that had no room once all the
beds were made up! Cigarette burns in the bed covers and not the normal standard of
cleanliness you would expect from a hotel chain such as this one.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions when we visit London
for a short weekend break.
It is very friendly, clean and being very close to coach/rail station makes it very convenient.
The use of storing the luggage until our coach or trains leave is very useful on the last day of our weekend break. (3305484795)

- Victoria Station has many exits. It would be helpful if the hotel homepage includes information on which exit to use.
- The quad room is smaller than expected, even though the small size didn't really bother us that much - partly because we were staying for one night only and partly because we have stayed in even smaller rooms in some hotels in Asia. It might help if the hotel homepage gives us an idea of the size of the room. (3305256651)

- Excellent
location - very close to the
Victoria Station and other attractions
- The room has hair-dryer and tea & coffee making
facilities
- The
bathroom is
clean
-
Luggage storage after check-out
- Staff gave us detailed instructions on how to get around by subway & bus
- The complimentary
breakfast is better than expected

-
London happened to be quite warm on the night of our stay, but
air-conditioning was not available. We ended up turning on the fan and opening all the windows.
- Because we had to open the windows, we could hear the street
noise
- the water in the
shower was very hot. The temperature control knob was very stiff and it took quite a bit of effort to turn it to a lower temperature
Janet from Red Deer, Canada;CA (Other) 08 September 2006
Overall this hotel was good value and close to Victoria Station and major attractions such as Buckingham Palace. We had a triple room which was small but did the trick as we spent most of our days sight-seeing and we were very tired when we arrived back at the hotel. Hotel policy is that you leave your key @ reception every time you leave the hotel. The safe in the room and luggage area at reception were very useful to us. I recommend for tourists to take one of the double decker bus tours of the City as it is a great way to see the City of London. (3305207901)

Staff are friendly and efficient and Reception is open 24 hours if help is needed. The (mostly) self-service continental buffet breakfast is plentiful and the breakfast room is pleasantly furnished and laid-out. A lift is provided. The hotel is conveniently close to Victoria Coach and Railway Stations and opposite the Passport Office. (3304504812)

We wanted a room with 3 separate
beds and the room was a reasonable
size without being cramped. I liked the
small sitting
area with the provision of a room-safe and the hairdryer being in that
area, rather than inside the toilet and
shower room.

We were disturbed by the
noise of the electrical or mechanical equipment outside our room, in the back yard. Also, the ceilings/floors are thin and
noise from the above room was very evident at night.
Anonymous (Family with older children) 20 August 2006
The staff are cordial and professional, the location is excellent and the price is competitive. I stayed at the hotel upon recommendation of a colleague who had a similar experience. Overall, a good hotel. (3304670986)
