The Cheltenham Chase Hotel - A QHotel

I knew sufficient about the accomodation from the website which was very good. Although an excellent room heating was big drawback as it could have been in dining room on a cold day (97450816)

Very clean. Good staff. Excellent bathroom fittings.

Heating in the room was really inadequate although top up radiator provided. Bed head squeaked. No toilet brush in en suite,

your staff were exceedingly helpful to ensure we had a relaxing stay.We hope to stay again when the leisure facilities are open. (99325418)

Well laid out room, desk to work at, tea pot! Fresh coffee would be good. Bathroom well lit & good.

The room size is very good and the staff are helpful.

The rooms are beginning to show there age. I stayed at this hotel when it was first build for 18 months.

Excellent accommodation Friendly and helpful staff, and good food.

The taps in the bathroom were not very user friendly, not easy to turn on and off. The hotel is getting a refurbishment when I assume the problem will be redressed
