Breakfast, excellent choice. Room, good size with adequate chairs and facilities. Total experience very gratifying after staying at hotels costing far more, better than a lot of B & B`s. Thank-you. Will use your hotels again without hesitation.

The hotel is obviously new and purpose built and as such has good sized, modern looking rooms, shiny fittings. The reception staff were really nice and with good parking, internet access and a fair sized TV it was a very pleasant stay.

The internet access price was a little steep and given that I do a lot of work online it would be nice to pay a one off fee for 24 hour/duration of stay access.

It would be good to know what floor we were on (4th floor with lift was good). View - would be nice to know what we were going to look out on. Parking is important and this was excellent but we didn't know what to expect beforehand: this is a good selling point which you need to advertise! Situation - we were just off a roundabout near a rather busy road system, which didn't affect us but might have been a problem for light sleepers. An ideal overnight stop for us. (3304440064)

It was clean and comfortable.

The hairdryer was a complete pain to use. For the cost of hairdryer they could get on that was easy to use. Also be good if they had room service 25 hours.

Some confusion over breakfast. When I checked in I was told that breakfast was extra and continental only so we went to a local little chef for a full english. When I checked out I was told breakfast was included in the price after all.

That this is mainley a business hotel and there are no local pubs or restaurant to go to (2606776)
