Friendly, helpful check-in. Clean, comfortable room. The room was cold on arrival, but very quickly warmed up when the radiator was turned up. Pleasant breakfast. Only drawback was a surly barman, who did not appear to be interested in his job. Use the stairs - the lift takes forever. (3304001902)

Less than friendly bar staff

A good all round experience. The hotel was placed within walking distance of the city centre and only a very short walk from the Fitzwilliam Museum. The staff were attentive, courteous and by and large efficient. Breakfast was good. The free and large car park was an added bonus and it was never full when I left the car. (2759804)
