Very hard to find, we lost about 1 full hour of our trip just trying to find it. However, it was a short walk to the Baths, the room was clean and quiet. (99790127)

Bed and Breakfast were simple and adequate, Bed was clean Bathroom was clean.Everything was just adequate, it lacked a wow factor. But the price was also adequate.It needs a good thorough spring clean. it is old and worn, tired looking,the rooms need to be displayed on the website, Tatty door locks, . To attract a better clientelle it would need a complete re-vamp, and for gord sake get a decent kettle that reaches the table top.Unsuitable for disabled persons. Too many steps and stairs. I liked the friendliness of the staff, good location, reasonable price.

I would prefer to stay in a hotel that has it's own parking. I know that this is difficult in Bath. There was on street parking in the next street and a public car park at the closeby, but I am not comfortable leaving my car in public places for long periods of time. (99901269)

Location was ideal for getting into the centre of Bath

Room overlooked a busy main road and was very noisy.

Good value for money but did not know that the carpark behind the hotel is £4 and we put in £10, no change was given and there was no attendant, but this is not the hotel's problem, otherwise we had nothing to complain - room was tidy and in good order. Adequate accomodation for our purpose, this family room was spacious. Very friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. On main road could be very easy to locate, but address misleading . Nearby public car park. (99924177)

Hotel public access could do with some tidying up specially the Family room one had to cross to reach one's room.

Very friendly hostess,made us very welcome. The stairs would only be a problem for the elderly or disabled who would need to ask for a room at a lower level. It was good to be within walking distance of the centre of Bath, as that was the main purpose of our visit we did not need to use the car the whole time we were there. A good, secure public carpark at the rear of the hotel and visible from our room. Lovely clean bedlinen and comfortable beds. (3304594106)

Really quick and easy walk into Bath city centre.

The hotel was located very close to town and easily walked in 5 minutes. Parking in a pay and display behind the hotel which was easy to find once in Bath. We were told this will soon be charged on exit which means guests won't have to return to their cars to get new tickets each day. The owner was sweet and knowledgeable. A few slightly strange articles in the hotel - a plastic rat to greet you in the breakfast room and a stuffed cat which looked real in the lounge but otherwise is basic but clean accomodation. A spacious pleasant room with good ventilation, comfortable beds and good lighting. The bathroom was old-fashioned but adequate.
