Proximity to Paddington Station Room to small, bed too small, didn't have non-smoking room ready at check-in, too many stairs to lug bags up in order to get to lift.I would have like to have knwon that the hotel I had booked was not in fact the hotel I was staying at. We did not stay in the accomodation - we were moved to another hotel. I think there is a scam going on and will be in touch with the relevant authorities.
Got a smoking room first night, and it was really smoking. The ventilation pumped the fumes from my neighbours into my room. No problem changing room the day after. Hotel gives decent value for money. Small, but functional rooms. (3305137442)
Nice bathroom, friendly staff, great location Always lots of people in the reception waiting to check inA standard double is very small only one person can move around it at a time. There is no room for your suitcase. (2879454)
All of it - everytime we went near the recption area people were complaining. In what they call a standard double you could not get the ironing board up and stand next to it so you could iron.
