Very clean, excellant facilities very comfortable

Our stay was very comfortable and had all the necessary facilities for a young family. However for self-catering accommodation we would have liked the ability to order a small grocery pack for essentials such as bread and milk and the time we arrived we could not order breakfast so it might be an idea to take stuff with you. All in all though very clean and good quality accommodation. (97042528)

The accomodation was very well equipped and comfortable. There was no noise in the apartment from the planes leaving and arriving at adjacent Heathrow airport due to the triple glazing. The bedroom was spacious and the lounge adequate when the sofa bed was down, it was nice to have the sofa bed ready on arrival in the evening. The very comprehensive guide to the equipment and local amenities was welcomed.

Extractor fan in bathroom had been removed, presumably for repair.

Shower tempremental and difficult to turn on and off. Sofa-bed not very comfortable. Bathroom not kept supplied with toilet paper!
