Really good if you want to work away from home. A bit of a waste to only stay for one night. Useful to have all the facilities. (108003737)

Lots of room. I booked a one room apartment but had two rooms. Pleased to see that tea / coffee and biscuits were included.

no plug for the bath so could only use the shower. No remote controller for the TV.

Excellent concept if you value your space and independence, plus fresh modern decor and cleanliness at a fair price. No hot water was a blow - they need to manage boilers etc, and/ or resident information about that better. (97362083)

Modern, clean, excellent to have living/ dining/ kitchen space as well as bedroom and bathroom, plus CD player etc. Good value for all this. Friendly helpful staff.

No hot water in the morning - this was a major blow. Not a normal professional reception set-up. No 'desk' as such or uniform in evidence.

the fact it was an apartment not a hotel, it was close to where i work

there were what looked like bloody fingermarks on the walls, some of the appliances didn't work, there were blown light bulbs. The receptionist didn't do anything about my request to make a further booking, the reception desk didn't answer the phone when i tried to ring after they had opened in the morning (even went through to the main no in the end) and they ignored my written request to make further bookings and the wifi didn't work properly 2 nights out of the 4 I was there.

EXtremely comfortable, central, within reach of small shops and hotel restaurants

I was extremely happy with the apartment, and was great value for money! The reason I have rated the hotel fairly poorly though is because we did not have any hot water on saturday and monday morning, so we were unable to have a shower, which wrecked our weekend and the hotel was unable to rectify the situation. The size of the apartment was fantastic! Great sized bedrooms, living room and huge bathroom! All nicely decorated! Kitchen was great! Town centre on your door step.

The floor could of done with a mop and some of the bins hadn't been emptied from the previous occupancy. Also the doors were very noisy within the apartment.

The apartments are convenient for a comfortable walk into the centre of Bristol yet still situated in a quiet area (apart from the seagulls). Building work noise from nearby developments could be a problem during the week though. Overall the apartment was clean and well presented but the kitchen area, especially the oven, could have done with a spruce up. The bathroom was large and there was plenty of hot water which I note from previous reviews has been a problem! The t.v. didn't work but this was not an issue for us. Safe car parking is a bonus and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Would def recommend this as an alternative to impersonal hotel rooms. (3304440864)

The apartment gave us more privacy as a family than a normal hotel room. The availability of a kitchen area was a bonus.

The cooker was rather greasy and could have done with cleaning.

The apartments were an excellent arrangement for a group of old friends to meet up. We were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the rooms and the staff were efficient. With us all congregating at times, in one appartment, some more comfortable seating would have been useful and the lounges are large enough to accommodate it. We would definitely consider returning next year for a similar w/e (2905064)
