just afew minutes walk from hatton cross tube station and a well stocked fueling station (there is small shop in hotel)you are offered a range of good sized quiet rooms with all computing and laundry facilities necessary within the hotel. (97909194)

during the night the electricity in the room cut out and left me with no lights or electricity in the morning (this was solved fairly quickly which was essential as i needed to get ready quickly) the air-con seems alittle noisy.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Hatton Cross Underground station as we had an early flight from Heathrow. It really is only 5-10 minutes walk. Don't believe the hotel staff who tell you that it is quicker to get a bus, as these were non existant at that early hour.Otherwise an excellent place for a stop over. (97114347)

The Jury's Inn at Heathrow is the perfect choice for an airport transit, particularly when traveling to and from Terminal 4. The online booking process was seamless, the hotel was clean, modern, and offered many amenities and conveniences, and the hotel staff was courteous, professional and accommodating. We arrived at 2 a.m. (very tired!), and the friendly, attentive staff checked us in promptly. Within minutes we were in our rooms relaxing. The price was great for our transit stay, and the proximity to Terminal 4 was perfect.

We asked for a wake up call, but did not receive one. We nearly missed our international flight.

Good location to spend a night before taking off. If you are about to make journey to Heathrow early in the morning I suggest you spend your last night there. I liked the location which was near the airport. In terms of facilities, the room was fairly equipped with the basic facilities.

The absence of halal food made it a little difficult for us. Therefore we were pretty selective about the food available from the Bar Inn or the Infusion. There was no complimentary pen or writing paper in the room.

It was available on the day of (late) booking.

Not knowing how to get there from the airport. I eventually got a free bus - driver was very helpful. On asking the reception staff the next day about the best way to get back to the airport they told me - taxi. The taxi was available almost immediately but charged £9 for a 3 minute journey. I felt that this was a scam.

My sister & I arrived late evening after 3 flights, extremely tired. We were met by a group of friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome, even making us two hot chocolates when the 'hot drinks' bar was officially finished. The hotel was lovely - clean, well-equiped. Also, in addition to its proximity to Hatten Cross underground station and the visit of the Heathrow Hoppa bus, the 285 (Heathrow freeflow bus, which as its name suggests is free between Heathrow & Hatten Cross) stops just outside. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to others. (97128676)

good idea about the lifts with the card

the view from our window of a building site,also we found it somewhat hot in the room,even thou we had the air conditioning on,also my partner was arriving later than me,but i had to take his card key because the chap said at the desk he could not keep it there until he arrived and when he arrived i had to go down to reception to let him in the lift,good job i was not in the bath,

At the end of a 2+ week trip to the U.K., this hotel worked perfectly for us. Dropped the rental car off at Heathrow, and the rental company took us to the front door. Pleasantly pleased at the quality of the facility and staff. The best hotel we stayed in during our trip. Great value for money, and a very economical way to visit London compared to staying Downtown. Just took the nearby Tube into town once a day on Sat. and Sun., did our sightseeing and returned in the evening. Then took the airport shuttle at the front door for the 10 minute ride to Heathrow Monday morning. Couldn't have been easier. I would recommend this approach to anyone visiting London as a tourist. Tube ride is a little long, but well worth the cost savings. (99880137)
