The accomodation was great, clean and friendly atmosphere. The only slight problem was that the car park was not at the hotel but they did provide a shuttle bus. (97602619)

the worst hotel i have ever stayed in .Customer service very poor did not offer room service as they were short staffed so you have to go collect your food . I ordered food which was cold and did not taste good either. The manager was not very helpfull either she changed our room but was not much use. We ended up going somewere else to eat. (97582577)

the room was
clean
the room was very cold the heating was not working took the manager over one hour to see us, then decided to change our room which also was very cold and could not get the heating to work. when you rang
reception they would not answer the phone and if they did they would just put you on hold

I expected it to be of the same standard as the Jurys Inn group in Ireland and it did not meet our expectations. (99812870)

Its proximity to the
city centre and transport
facilities.

The self-
service at
breakfast-everythings was self-
service-even making your own tea/coffee. The quality of the
food was disappointing, luke-warm and appeared as if it had been on display for some time. Some staff in the
breakfast rom were not particularly
helpful.

The
reception area of the hotel is lovely, very
clean.
Breakfast was also good.

The bed was on wheels, moved around as soon as you sat on it, not very good. The car
park not being on site, and having to load up the shuttle with luggage, instead of being able to check your luggage in before taking the car.

Drawbacks: We were woken up with the noise from other guests in the hallway during the night. Very small double beds.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again. (99823131)

The
location was very convenient as it is in walking distance to the
city centre, we never had to rely on taxi's. Very
friendly staff that helped us with directions and storing our bags.

Extremely good hotel, pleasant staff, wonderful breakfast, liked the pick-up service between the car park and the hotel. Slight gripe in that we had to wait 1/4 hour outside after checking out, waiting for the lift back to the car park. Reception hadn't told the driver that we were waiting. Otherwise, everything fine. (99924033)
Clean,pleaseant room, good
facilities
Only that althought the room was for 3 people, we had to ask for a third cup
Gwilym from Swansea, United Kingdom;GB (Mature couple) 21 February 2007
The only issue that concerned us was the parking facility - maybe we were a little naive expecting a city centre hotel to have on site parking facilities, but if we had been made aware that there was no parking available it would have been better. We were directed to a rather muddy waste land which cost us £7 for the privilege of overnight parking, and it was quite a walk in the wind and rain especially when carrying our bags. The reception appeared to be facing the wrong way, the approach seemed to be back to front and it proved difficult for unloading, maybe this is just a result of the ongoing regeneration of the area. We did enjoy our stay at Nottingham Jury Inn, the reception and bar staff were friendly and professional. We did not eat at the hotel as we had made prior arrangements although the Menu and dining room looked very inviting. (99731659)

very
clean and stylish - room on 11th floor, lovely views over
city from double aspect windows(unfortunately due to construction of nearby building we were also eye to eye with the crane driver). opposite)

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff, would have preferred 2-nights accommodation to include breakfast at £118.00. (99646556)

Locality of hotel made visit pleasurable,
modern facilities with a
great view from 11th floor.

shower door broken at hinges, dustbin in bathroom broken, not enough plug sockets

The biggest problem was the lack of parking facilities, which I have found to be the case in a lot of Jury hotels. Parking was across a busy dual-carriageway, in the car park of Holmes Place, an area not very well lit which does not feel very secure for a woman travelling alone. (99574492)

Being a
new hotel, the accomodation was
clean and the room well equipped

There was no record of our booking of Two rooms. I was informed that only one room had been booked and that the hotel was full. I had to produce my booking form and was made to wait 40 minutes before being able to check into our rooms. The car park cost was not made clear when booking. We had two vehicles, and wished to use one to attend our annual Company dinner. In the event, it was less money to use a cab than to pay to leave the car park on the evening (£5.00), leave the car park in the morning X 2 (£10.00). We were eventually almost an hour late attending our dinner. (99040746)

The mattress was very soft and I have suffered with a bad back since, but I think that is just down to personal choice, not the fault f the hotel as some may like a soft mattress.

The hotel was perfectly located and very
easy to find. The rooms were very
clean, spacious and well presented. Secure

road.

Good specification, the room had more or less everything that most people could need for a hotel in this category. There are cheaper 'road cots' available for stop-overs if the bed is all you need for the night - overall very good room. Pay car parking is a bind, but is adjacent to the hotel shared with a gym. The stags 'warming up' in the bar area to go out for the night were a little too rowdy for my liking and I am no prude, but it is handy that it is open until about 01.30 for a late drink. The breakfast price kept me laughing, laughing all the way out of the hotel for breakfast somewhere else! Very good overall. I didn't try the restaurant. (99794478)

Good specification, the room had more or less everything that most people could need for a hotel in this category.

Lift malfunction, the taste of the water from the ice/water machine, extra to
park, lack of
bar seating
area hygiene.

The hotel opened in 2005 still remains in a new condition with spacious foyer area. A restaurant is available at a reasonable price also a good buffet breakfast (a bit pricey).
A good bar area for pre and after dinner drinks is available.
The room was clean, spacious, bright and comfortable but the bath towels could do with upgrading (very thin).
The hotel staff were courteous and helpful and although unable to check in until 1400 we were able to leave our baggage there earlier.
Construction work is taking place next to the hotel but as it was the weekend it was quiet there. Well located it is 5 minutes from the station and about 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. (3305225328)

Beds were
comfortable and the quietness of the naighbourhood in
City Centre location.

Lifts waiting time at check out was too long. Choice of fabric colour for carpets and upholstry in the corridors and rooms. Not being able to drive to the main entrance to load and unload. The
bar ambiance in general was not welcoming.
