air conditioning did`nt work,room was stuffy and smelled

This hotel has wonderful staff who cannot do enough for you. The hotel is big without making you feel lost and as a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. If you don't have much luggage you can take a free London bus from the airport to the hotel. (99525805)
