Adequate for our purpose. (97474250)

Staff in dining room very
helpful and
friendly. Good choice at
breakfast. Bedroom reasonable,
tea and
coffee facilites good. Good position for
City Centre and University.
Reception staff
efficient but not overly
friendly.
Shower a bit dark and we didn't quite bargain for the third degree burns we received when the water temperature changed with alarming frequency!

The Cliften area of Bristol is lovely, if I'd known what it was like, I would have booked an extra night to go site-seeing (97555632)

The staff were really
friendly and
helpful

On finding the hotel it took me 40 minutes to find a parking space and that was for only one hour. On arrival at the hotel I discovered that there is a hotel car park. Although there is a small notice saying the hotel has a car park it is difficult to see when I am driving at 30 mph past it. Even if I did see the sign it is of no use as there are no directions to where the car park is. (97384367)

The cost, but that's a general comment about travelling in the UK. For the same
price a could have stayed in a similar hotel in Berlin including the cost of transport.

Clean, staff were very
polite and
helpful, selection of
fruit, biscuits, teas etc were a
nice touch, good
location.

The
shower was far too low - we couldn't fit under it,
breakfast was served too early!

extremely
comfortable and large bed! plenty of space, lovely large window - good ventilation!
Nice touches -
fresh tea/
coffee/
fruit and
nice biscuits!

v.
small bath! water would only come out of
shower head not run into
bath itself so filling the
bath took a while!

Not too expensive but have stayed in much better for similar or less money. (99095773)
Friendly staff, excellent
breakfast, bed
clean, close to
Bristol
Area around our room and the room iteself, the decor was
tired, some dampness visible.
Parking could be improved, most of the
parking places were for the use of local companies. Understand the
parking problem in
Bristol - so hotel should
make a point of offerring full
parking for guests.

This accommodation was very reasonably priced and in a good
location. If your going to
bristol for the shopping and nightlife then you cant' go wrong here
Carpets could do with a vaccum now and again...

Nice pleasant staff

We had a room which we had to walk pass a kitchen.Had dirty stained carpet. In our room the bed covers were greasy stained. We had stained blankets, a remote control which was sellotaped up. It felt like we were put in to the cellar! and had the dining room next to our room which we could hear people eating! we tried out this hotal as we are having a party soon at a nearby venue and are trying to get good accomdation for our families to stay in. Freindly staff, but not that i would recommend to people. what a shame.
