Wonderful new hotel with a very peaceful outlook over the river. We enjoyed using the spa facility but if you have kids they wouldn't be able to use this.

There wasn't enough staff on in the morning particularly at breakfast.

This is the first hotel that we have stayed in that met our requirements perfectly. We booked at very short notice and the option of the suite containing a double and single bedroom was an excellent option for my husband and I, and my elderly mother-in-law. It was nice to find a very accessible hotel which accommodates wheelchairs easily. In our opinion, the photos on the website really do give an accurate idea of the size of the rooms, unlike most roomshots. (99287217)

Nothing. TV did not appear to be connected in main bedroom, but it did not worry us. The light above the shower was intermittent, but it is likely that indoor halogen lights were fitted, rather than pond lights for this application.

It was impossible to enjoy our stay as the noise from the soffit was so loud that we were repeatedly wakened during the night. I would recommend the hotel but with the caveat above. (99000530)

The Hotel has a very contemporary interior design with a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and it was really nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast brought to the table instead of the usual buffet. We also liked the fact that the place is obviously very popular and there was a certain buzz about the place on the Saturday night and again on Sunday morning and at lunchtime.The location is excellent, an extremely pleasant place to stay. We had a really nice stay at the hotel. The location was great and it’s views as good, or better, than suggested on the website. It’s accommodation was of very high quality and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room that we stayed in was extremely spacious and fitted with everything you could wish for. One of the best that we’ve stayed in. Whilst there we used the Bar, Room Service and the Restaurant. Service was excellent. Our only disappointment was the lack of ownership and apology for the fire alarm that was set off after midnight by the kitchen. Despite this we would still recommend this hotel to others and will very likely look to visit again later this year. (99736908)
