Loved the location of the hotel, within walking distance of both the Train Station and town. Staff were both friendly and accommodating. I would recommend to other colleagues. (97927628)

The room smelled, the television did not work properly although the concierge did try to fix it, the lighting, and lighting points were inadequate i.e. no light near the bed. The room and decor needed a complete overhaul,- e.g there was minimal furniture,- for the price which was way over the top for the accomodation. The best points were that the hotel, bedlinen, bathrooms etc were clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. (99603098)

parking facilities not good,reception shoddy,no bedside lights or cabinets,kettle under a table,hook falling off en suite door, breakfast not served or presented well and badlly cooked,dirty table cloths and equipment.

- the sole remaining hook fell off the door when a towel was hung - the shower door did not close properly - the shower water pressure was terrible - the TV aerial was faulty so that only a snowy picture was produced - the bed head board was broken - cups provided for tea were dirty - the walls had dirty water streaks down them and the ceiling had damp patches - only 1 towel was provided for a double room
