Room very small

A cheapish room but I wished now I had paid a bit more and stuck to a well known chain as we usually do.At least then you know what you are getting. (97733615)

we had a friendly welcome from the lady on reception, I have no issues there. And the bed linen and bathroom were clean

The room was suppose to be a double, it was at best a small single, the double bed seemed only about 4ft wide , instead of the normal 4ft 6inch .there was only a couple of inches either side of the bed to move round.

This hotel is ideal for people wanting a convenient base in London and not intending to stay for long periods of time in the room. It was a clean, friendly place but if possible, avoid getting a room facing the street as the hotel is illuminated by blue lights at night and this lights up the front rooms and can make it difficult to sleep. Everything was clean and neat and in good working order. Towels were changed everyday and the beds made. It was very convenient to the Kings Cross St Pancras station and it was easy to get to and from all places.

The room was quite small for two people and there were not tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was tiny and had no ventilation.

As described the room was very small but as I only wanted a bed for one night it was what I expected. The noise came from the persons inthe rooms above - not really the hotels fault (97481083)
