Very good location, near boat taxis and piazza san marco. Overall an excellent place and near all restuarants and amneties.

No shower curtain in the bathroom. Lack of drawers to store clothes.

The location of the hotel is superb with wonderful views over the lagoon. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Only 2 things let the hotel down - the first was our room lacked a proper shower. The bathroom if rearranged differently could probably accomodate one. The second was the room for breakfast was very small and on one occasion we had to wait until a space became available. However, these things are minor and did not detract from our wonderful long weekend. (97616470)

The location and size of the room

It needed a better shower and shower screen/curtain. Also it would have been better if we could have left the air conditioning on while we were out for the day, although it did cool the room down fairly quickly when it was on.

The location for us was ideal, being on the waterfront of St Marks basin. It was an easy few minutes walk to St Marks Square. It was noisy (or lively )during the day with so many boat loads of people arriving, but was quiet enough after 10.00pm. Whilst the hotel is small, it is well run and the staff are very helpful. Our twin room was large and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was simple and basic, but adequate. I would not hesitate to saty there again and it represented good value for Venice! Great location on the waterfront. Small, simple hotel but very comfortable and excellent helpfull staff. Close to the water taxis. Lots of life about but quiet after 10.00pm.

Air conditioning broke but was mended for second night.

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a few mins walk from St Marks Square. It was ideally situated for all boat trips, gondelas and for being dropped off from the airport. The staff were extremely accomodating and very keen to help with trips, local restaurants etc. The rooms were beautiful, large sized and extremely clean and tidy with large sized bathroom. Ours overlooked a lovely quiet courtyard with others overlooking the water. In all it was a perfect choice for a perfect holiday. (99882381)

For a short visit to Venice with a hotel at a 'reasonable price' in an excellent location with easy access to all parts of Venice, superb views from the front rooms and a friendly helpful staff one could not find a better hotel. (99011991)

Excellent location close to St.Marks square. Front rooms have superb views. Access is very easy

Only very small drawback is size of 'breakfast room' which is too small for number of residents. If full one has to wait for a clear table.
