Nice modern hotel with good facilities
Was given a smoking room, when I wanted non-smoking. The room had a smokey smell. The airconditioning did not work well, so the room was too hot.

The fact that no restaurants, shops, bars etc were open for two days 31/12/06-01/01/07! we could not even get a meal or a drink in the hotel on new year's eve or new year's day as the restaurant was closed! we spent new year's eve in our room with a bottle of wine and a cheese roll (eventually found one small chinese shop open thankfully) this was rather a disappointing way to see in the new year to say the least! very clean,comfortable room and well presented. nowhere to sit comfortably in the evening. no bar/lounge in hotel
