A plus, clear and fair information regarding position of hotel. Complaints regarding quality of cleaning services, also it would have been nice to be informed that there were just a few rooms with a street view, a view to an internal yard as I had twice this year, in March and July. Definetely, a nice, fair place to stay. (99232854)

Very nice, educated and fiendly receptionist met in previous stay in March made me decide to spend other 7 nights in the same hotel in July, instead of going to Barcelona. Now, together with Mr. Salvador was an other young receptionist who made us on our last day of staying there (8th of July) to forget any other inconvenients. Very sorry about forgeting his name. Check personnel, on that day he started at 2 o' clock in the afternoon.

Not so clean as I remembered, especially in the bathroom, Very hot, despite air conditioned, very poor sight, quality of bed and sheets not so good.

Details of where the hotel car park is, before arrival. Hotel Sur is in the middle of Malaga and it is very difficult to stop near the hotel, so prior knowledge about car parking would have been helpful. (99435986)

friendly and helpful staff in conjunction with the central location made this ideal for the short business visit I made. the room was clean and comfortable but dark. Hotel car park quite small and may become gridlocked when full. (99003589)

A good place to lay your head. Very central. Excellent value for money. Has a good sized carpark but is also close to public parking. Very close to restaurants. (99492486)

felt the hotel very tired and lacking in comfortable fittings and bed features
